1. Booking Policy

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Sea Green South Hotel. A valid credit card or other accepted payment method is required to guarantee your reservation. Minimum age for check-in is 18 years. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Room rates range from ₹3,000–₹6,600/night, depending on room type, season, and availability.

2. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
• Major Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
• Bank Transfer (advance payment required, details provided upon request)

Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking, as specified during the reservation process.

3. Cancellation & Refund Terms

• Free Cancellation: Guests can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time (2 PM IST on the day of arrival).
• Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in will incur a charge equivalent to one night's stay at the booked room rate (₹3,000–₹6,600/night).
• Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

4. No-Show Fees

In case of a "no-show" (guest fails to arrive without prior cancellation), the full amount of the first night's stay (₹3,000–₹6,600/night) will be charged to the guaranteed payment method. Subsequent nights of the reservation will be cancelled.

5. Liability Disclaimer

Sea Green South Hotel is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during your stay. Guests are advised to use the in-room safe for valuables. The hotel is not liable for any injuries or accidents occurring on the premises due to guest negligence.

6. Force Majeure

Sea Green South Hotel shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these terms and conditions if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, government regulations, or widespread public health emergencies. In such events, the hotel reserves the right to modify or cancel reservations without penalty.
